Alexey Mikhailov presented the results of the project at the CIPR conference

The head of the StoLab technology sector for memristive materials, the head of the laboratory at NIPT UNN, Alexei Mikhailov, presented the results of the project at the CIPR (Digital Industry of Industrial Russia) conference - the first conference in Russia for global dialogue and cooperation between government and business on the development of the digital economy, digital transformation of the program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation", the development of Russian high-tech exports, cyber security (Nizhny Novgorod, September 23-25, 2020).

At the stand of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and Lobachevsky University, Alexey Mikhailov presented exhibits based on the results of fundamental and applied research on memristive nanomaterials, devices and systems, including:

• A working exhibit of an experimental circuit for managing arrays of memristive devices, demonstrating the basic properties of memristors, automated techniques for recording and reading resistive states;
• An exhibit with mock-ups of memristive devices at different stages of development and in integral performance.

In a special presentation, Alexey Mikhailov introduced the conference participants to the interdisciplinary and complex project of the UNN, as well as the prospects for the implementation of post-digital information and computing technologies and intelligent systems based on memristors.
