Main position:

Associate Professor of the Department of Statistical Radiophysics and Mobile Communication Systems, Faculty of Radiophysics, Ph.D., Associate Professor

Position in the laboratory:

Senior Researcher

Born 03.03.1982 in Nizhny Novgorod. Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor. In 1999 he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Technical Lyceum (now Lyceum No. 38) with a silver medal. In 2005 he graduated from the Faculty of Radiophysics, Nizhny Novgorod State University. N.I. Lobachevsky. In 2009 he defended his Ph.D. thesis on “Sources of low-frequency noise in quantum-sized light-emitting structures and Schottky diodes with delta-doping”.

He is one of the founders (together with A.V. Yakimov and M.I. Ryzhkin) of the theory of generation-recombination noise of magnetic monopoles in spin ice. Introduced the term “solid water or liquid ice” into scientific use to describe confined water. Interpreted the topological changes in the magnetic lattice in the presence of defects in the spin ice as a memory effect. He also gave a physical explanation for a number of fluctuation effects in electronic solid-state systems.
