Born in 1945. Doctor of Phys.-Math. Sciences (1988); professor (1990); Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation (2010); member of Editorial Boards of two scientific journals, Organizing Committees of a number of International Scientific Conferences. Research interests: highly stable RF and microwave signal generation systems; electrical noise (including 1 / f noise); defects in the structure of radio and optoelectronic devices; information technology for experiments and data processing.

Co-author of 1 invention. Author of over 170 scientific papers. Publications in Proceedings of Scientific Conferences, in the magazines "Radio Engineering and Electronics", "Izvestiya VUZov. Radiophysics "," Applied Physics Letters "," Physica B "," Fluctuation and Noise Letters ", and others. Co-author of one monograph. Author of 32 teaching and learning aids. Head and co-director of grants from the Ministry of Education and Science, KCFE, RFBR (including 1 scientific school), NWO (Netherlands), NATO Science for Peace (Netherlands). Member of the Council and the Executive Directorate of the innovative educational program of UNN in the framework of the priority national project "Education" (2006-2007). Research and lecturing at universities: Eindhoven, Netherlands (1974, 1994, 2002); Palermo, Italy (1997).
