Dubkov Alexander Alexandrovich - Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Head. Department of Mathematical Methods in Radiophysics, Faculty of Radiophysics, UNN, one of the leading Russian scientists in the field of statistical physics and radiophysics (Hirsch index in the Web of Science database - 16, Scopus - 17). He is the author of over 180 scientific articles published in leading Russian and foreign physics journals and cited in the Web of Science and Scopus databases. Their results were tested at 32 international scientific conferences in the form of invited, oral and poster presentations. He passed scientific internships as a visiting professor at the University of Augsburg (Germany, 2007), at the University of Palermo (Italy, 2012) and at the University. A. Humboldt (Berlin, Germany, 2015), since 2017 is a member of the editorial board of the magazines "Chaos, Solitons & Fractals" and "Cogent Physics". A.A. Dubkov has significant experience in the study of stochastic dynamics of multistable nonlinear systems and is well known among European scientists working in the field of statistical physics.
A.A. Dubkov Was one of the leaders of the INTAS grant 0450-2001, the head of the project No. P457 (2009-2011) in the framework of the program "Scientific and pedagogical personnel of innovative Russia", the head of the RFBR grants No. 08-02-01259-a (2008-2010) and No. 11 -02-01418-a (2011-2013). In 2014-2016 A.A. Dubkov was the key executor of the PNI within the framework of the Federal Target Center for the Development of Monitoring on the topic "Development of a mobile system of local meteorological control based on a group of small meteorological radars" (Agreement No. 14.578.21.0033 dated 05.06.2014). In 2016-2018. A.A. Dubkov was one of the main executors of the RSF project No. 16-12-10496 on the topic "Levy's random walks as programmable taxis strategies for synthetic organisms." He has the necessary experience in leading a research team, under his leadership 2 Ph.D. theses were defended. The topic of the doctoral dissertation of A.A. Dubkova "Statistical analysis of effects induced by noise of various natures in nonlinear dynamic systems" (2017).
