Position in the laboratory:
Alexey Krichigin received his master's, bachelor's and Ph.D. radiophysics at the Nizhny Novgorod State University (RF) in 2003, 2005 and 2010, respectively. From 2003 to 2006, he held the position of an engineer in the antenna department of the Nizhny Novgorod Scientific Research Institute of Radio Engineering. In 2006, he joined the antenna department of the Scientific and Technical Center "Design Bureau" Lianozovskie Radars as an electronics engineer.
From 2007 to 2011, he held the position of Leading Electronics Engineer (2007 - 2010), Research Fellow (2010 - 2011) and Deputy Chief Designer at NPO Lianozovsky Electromechanical Plant JSC. His areas of interest: development and tuning of microwave antenna arrays, object detection and signal processing. From 2011 to 2015, he held the position of Radio Research Engineer in the Broadband Data Division of Nokia Siemens Networks (Customer Service Department of Nokia Solutions and Networks). His interests were related to the modeling of uplink and downlink data transmission channels in LTE and research of data transmission systems of the fifth generation.
Since 2015, he has been working in the information processing department of JSC NPO Lianaoz Electromechanical Plant (2015-2018) and PJSC NPO Almaz (from 2018 to the present) as the chief designer of research and development and deputy head of the special design bureau (since 2018). His interests include research on radar (AFAR, signal processing), multi-position radar systems in the meter wavelength range.
