Tikhov Stanislav Viktorovich 08.08.1941 year of birth graduated from the Faculty of Physics of NNSU. N.I. Lobachevsky in 1965. In 1972 he defended his dissertation of the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences at the UNN. Since 1975 he worked at UNN as an associate professor at the departments of physics of dielectrics and semiconductors, physics of semiconductors and optoelectronics. He currently works in this position at the Department of Semiconductor Physics, Electronics and Nanoelectronics. He is the author and co-author of four textbooks and inventions. Published more than 100 scientific papers with co-authors in the central press and various foreign publications.
