Tetelbaum David Isaakovich graduated from Gorky State University with a degree in Physics in 1955. Received a PhD in Physics and Mathematics in 1969 and a Doctor of Physics and Mathematics in 1988. In 1997, he received the academic title of Professor. He began to work at the Physics Department of Gorky State University in 1956 as a junior research assistant. Currently he is a leading researcher at the Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Technology of the UNN. Research interests: solid state physics and physics of ion implantation - ion doping, defect engineering, amorphization, fundamental principles of ion synthesis and properties of nanostructures based on silicon, nanoelectronics and nanoplasmonics.
