Sharapov Aleksandr Nikolaevich received a Bachelor of Science degree in solid-state electronics and microelectronics and a Master of Science degree in micro- and nanoelectronics from N.N. N.I. Lobachevsky (Nizhny Novgorod, Russia) in 2010 and 2012. respectively. In 2011 he completed professional retraining under the program "Organization of entrepreneurial activity in the scientific and technical sphere" (UNN, Nizhny Novgorod) and in 2016 under the program "Patent Studies" (RGAIS, Moscow). In 2012, completed a short-term internship at the Technology Transfer Center of Ariel University (Israel). Since 2011 - Junior Researcher at NIPT NNSU. Director of a small innovative enterprise created on the basis of UNN for the purpose of practical implementation of the results of intellectual activity obtained in the laboratory. Research interests: nanostructures, opto- and nanoelectronic materials, memristive devices, management and protection of intellectual property.
