Kotina Alina Yurievna graduated from NSTU (Nizhny Novgorod, Russia) in 2003. In 2008, she began her career as an engineer in the solid state electronics laboratory of the NIPT NNSU. Since 2015, he has been a leading engineer at the Laboratory of Physics and Technology of Thin Films. Her research interests: photolithography, photochemistry, photochemical reactions in positive and negative resists.
