Aleksey Ivanovich Belov defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences at Lobachevsky University in 2011. He began working as an engineer in the solid state electronics laboratory of the Scientific Research Institute of Physics and Technology of the UNN in 2004. Currently works as a research assistant. Research interests include the physics of ion implantation, silicon-based nanostructures, nanoelectronics and nanophotonics, memristive devices.
